Delivery
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Note: International customers may be responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the shipping cost.
Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love your Bravo St pieces. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your item. Simply note your preferred size when requesting a return, and we'll ship your new item as soon as we receive the original. Exchange shipping is free within the US.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Standard domestic shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 day delivery. International shipping varies by destination, typically 7-21 business days. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within the United States. International orders over $300 receive discounted shipping rates.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Contact us to initiate a return and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.

No. Limited Edition pieces are produced in small quantities and are never restocked. Once they're sold out, they're gone forever. Each Limited Edition item comes with a certificate of authenticity and unique numbering.
All our tees are made from premium 300gsm heavyweight cotton sourced from sustainable farms. Our fabric is pre-shrunk and garment-dyed for superior softness and color retention. We never use synthetic blends.
Machine wash cold with like colors, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed, avoiding printed areas. Following these instructions will help maintain the quality and longevity of your piece.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
